Who is responsible
This site belongs to Nikola Ramčević (Ramcha), a photographer based in Slovenia. He is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@ramcha.art.
When you send a request
The hire form asks for your budget, your e-mail address and a description of your project. These are sent by e-mail through Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to hello@ramcha.art, only so I can reply and prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps before a contract). I keep the e-mails as long as we are in touch and for up to two years after, unless the work leads to a contract and longer keeping is required by law.
Analytics
To see which pages people visit and where the hire form gets difficult, the site uses PostHog, hosted in the EU (eu.posthog.com). It records pages viewed, clicks, which photos are opened, and how far people get in the hire form: which fields were filled in and whether the request was sent. It never records what you type into the form.
Until you answer YES to cookies, nothing is stored on your device: PostHog counts visits using a short-lived, anonymised hash that changes every day, so you cannot be recognised on a later day (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
There is no advertising, no tracking across other sites, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@ramcha.art. You may also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
Services used
Web3Forms (form delivery), PostHog (analytics, EU hosting), and the site's hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs. Each processes data only on my behalf.
